How to pay and receive
👨👩👧 How many passengers does the certificate cover?
The certificate covers the entire helicopter for up to 3 passengers (total weight up to 250 kg). Fly as a family, a couple or solo — no extra charges.
📅 How long is the certificate valid?
Flights are temporarily suspended under martial law, so the term works fairly: 6 months from the date flights resume, not from the purchase date. The certificate will not expire while the sky is closed.
⛅ What if the weather turns bad?
The flight is simply moved to another convenient date — free of charge and with no limit on attempts. Safety matters more than the schedule.
🚁 Which helicopter do we fly?
Robinson R44 — one of the world’s most widely used civil helicopters. Experienced pilot, pre-flight briefing, insurance for every passenger.
💳 How is the certificate paid for?
On receipt: on site at pickup or by cash on delivery via Nova Poshta. (The »no prepayment» rule applies to flight bookings — flights are paid on the day of departure.)
📦 How do I receive the certificate?
Pickup at the Hidropark mini-aerodrome — free. Nova Poshta across Ukraine — at carrier rates. Urgent delivery within Kyiv — by taxi.
🗓 How to activate it and pick a date?
The certificate holder writes to us and gives the certificate number — we agree on the flight date and time. The date is chosen by the recipient, not the giver.
